Lastly, I restarted Logos again and created log files. Normally my computer does indexing and other tasks quickly. I am running 64-bit Windows 7 with a fast quad core processor and 8GB of RAM. This remained unchanged for about 2 hours. When I restarted Logos the only one of the deleted files that has been recreated is catalog.db-journal and is has a 0 file size. 'C:\Users\Randy\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\byf圓ane.xhk\Librar圜atalog'įolder in Explorer, and delete all the files except catalog.db. I followed the instructions from Jacob Carpenter from Logos. I searched the forums and found this L4 thread. I have rebooted my computer and restarted Logos without any change. This appears for any search and no results are returned for any search. However, now if I try to search my library for anything I get an 'Updating library catalog: List may be incomplete' message.
Everything downloaded, indexed, and was working just fine. Later the same day I decided I couldn't live without some of the resources in the Platinum upgrade and bought it too. After reading some of the forum posts, I called Logos yesterday and had them reverse the minimal crossgrade and purchased the Silver upgrade and then got the crossgrade at a discount. First some background: I had L4 Platinum and back on Nov 18th purchased the L5 Minimal Crossgrade.
